No, each purchase includes a Standard Residential License, which allows for the construction of a single structure in a residential (non-commercial) context. Most architects lack specific expertise in fitness, spa, and wellness design. On top of this, high-end architects can charge up to $15 per square foot, or sometimes 10-15% of the total project cost - depending on location.
Our value lies in eliminating the complexity and expense of the initial design stage. We've channeled our deep understanding of luxury wellness design into creating sophisticated base plans that you can either present directly to a builder or further customize with a draftsman.
Will I need to hire an engineer?
We recommend partnering with a local builder and engineer who understand your specific site conditions. While this will involve additional costs, we've purposely priced our plans competitively to accommodate these necessary professional services in your overall budget.
