Acceptance and Modification of the Terms of Service

Your access and use of any website, mobile site, Facebook site, Twitter page, Instagram platform, or other social media channel owned and/or operated by Zenletic Labs, Inc. (referred to as "Zenletic Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), including any affiliated companies now or in the future (collectively and individually, the "Site") are governed by these terms of use (the "Terms of Use"). By accessing, browsing, and/or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted, without reservation, these Terms of Use, as modified from time to time by us. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the Site.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. If we decide to modify our Terms of Use, we will post a new version on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable, you should leave the Site and cease all use of the Site. Your continued use of the Site signifies that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use as they are amended.

Promotions, Discounts, and Upgrade Offers

From time to time, Zenletic Labs may offer promotions, discounts, or upgrade incentives—including, but not limited to, discounted pricing on certain product tiers when a related product has been previously purchased (e.g., a discount on a full build package following the purchase of a planning package).

All such offers are made at our sole discretion and are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice. Zenletic Labs reserves the right to:

Modify the discount amount, eligibility requirements, or availability of any promotional offer;
Limit or revoke promotional benefits for any reason, including suspected misuse or abuse of the promotion;
Deny any upgrade discount for any user or transaction, even if prior materials or communications suggest availability.

These offers are not contractual, guaranteed, or automatically applied. Customers must meet any specified terms at the time of purchase and may be required to verify eligibility or complete additional steps to redeem an offer.

We reserve the right to interpret all promotion-related terms and to make final decisions regarding enforcement and exceptions.

Build With Confidence Guarantee

Zenletic Labs designs each plan with the expectation that it will be used in real-world construction—not simply viewed or stored. We recognize that each property, build scenario, and personal vision is unique, and we aim to provide confidence in the design selection process.

This “Build With Confidence Guarantee” reflects our commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience and supporting you in selecting a design that aligns with your project. It does not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome, number of exchanges, or continued eligibility. All exchange privileges and accommodations are offered solely at the discretion of Zenletic Labs and may be limited, modified, or revoked at any time.

If a purchased plan does not reasonably align with your project’s spatial requirements, aesthetic direction, or intended use, Zenletic Labs may, at its sole discretion, permit an exchange for another plan from the Zenletic Labs collection.

This guarantee is intended to support thoughtful decision-making and does not permit repeated substitutions, bulk evaluation, or exploratory use of multiple plans.

Exchange Allowance and Discretion

Zenletic Labs may allow multiple exchanges, typically not exceeding three (3) exchanges per original purchase;
All exchanges are discretionary and are not guaranteed under any circumstance;
Zenletic Labs reserves the right to limit, deny, or terminate exchange privileges at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse, abuse, or excessive requests;
Zenletic Labs may determine, in its sole judgment, whether any exchange request is reasonable and consistent with the intent of this guarantee.

Conditions of Eligibility

Exchange requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe following purchase;
The original plan must not have been materially used for construction, permitting, shared with contractors, submitted for pricing, or distributed to any third party;
Exchange eligibility is void if the plan has been used for construction, permitting, contractor bidding, or any form of project execution;
The customer must provide valid proof of original purchase upon request;
Exchanges are limited to plans of equal or lesser value (any upgrade requires payment of the difference).

Digital Product Policy (No Returns or Refunds)

All Zenletic Labs products are delivered digitally and made accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned, revoked, or “un-accessed,” and therefore are not eligible for refund.

However, as outlined above, our Build With Confidence Guarantee provides a structured, discretionary exchange option to ensure you are not left with a design that does not meet your needs.
